Interested in Becoming a Vendor? 🖤💗

✨ Join us for our 18+ Sip & Shop Uncensored Evening Market on Friday, November 6, from 7:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. at The Dancery!

🎄 We’re doing something a little different as we kick off the holiday shopping season! November 6th and 7th will be our only weekend of vendor events this November, making it a wonderful opportunity to showcase your business as shoppers begin preparing for the Christmas season.

✨ We’re looking forward to bringing together an exciting mix of local businesses, talented makers and unique products! Whether you offer holiday gifts, seasonal creations, handcrafted goods, boutique finds, everyday favourites, specialty products or something completely different, we’d love to have you join us!

Christmas-themed products are welcome but certainly not required! Our goal is to create a beautiful variety of vendors offering a little something for everyone.

🍷 Our adults-only Sip & Shop offers a fun, relaxed evening atmosphere where shoppers can browse, socialize and enjoy drinks from our fully licensed bar. This uncensored market also provides an opportunity for vendors to showcase products that may not be suited to our family-friendly Saturday markets.

And something new for our shoppers this holiday season! Our $5 admission now includes their first drink, alcoholic or non-alcoholic, giving guests another reason to come out, get comfortable and enjoy the evening!

✨ Vendor spaces are $50 + GST and include:

One 8-foot table

Two chairs

Access to a rolling clothing rack upon request (please request in advance so we can have it set up for you)

✨ A $5 table cover rental fee has automatically been added to your registration for convenience.

✨ Bringing your own table cover? Simply enter the promo code NOCOVER at checkout to remove the $5 fee.

✨ Please reach out before completing your registration to confirm that vendor space is still available. Vendor Information Packages can be found in the images above and should be reviewed prior to booking.

✨ Vendor spaces are booked online through The Dancery website and are confirmed once payment has been received.

✨ If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at connect@thedancery.ca or by text at 780-792-8549.

🎄 Whether you’re bringing a collection of holiday favourites or showcasing the products your customers already know and love, we’d love to have you be part of our November Sip & Shop!

Let’s kick off the holiday shopping season together while celebrating the amazing local businesses in our community! 🖤💗
